This unit supports 12mm (1/2 inch) plastic and aluminum tapes.

The cutter is equipped with a corner cut (round cut) function, a hole punching function, and a processing function for cable ties.

Notes on vintage DYMO: ① For DYMO MITE series and 1011 series, please perform 2 to 3 blank strikes when starting stamping (to prevent character misalignment). This is common to almost all DYMOs. ② For models with a knife-shaped cutter at the tip and no cutter function knob (M-2, M-3), there is only one hammer spring (this is not a missing part). ③ When inserting tape, please keep the tape straight. (If there is a switch to specify the tape width, please check and set the position in advance.) ④ Although there are individual differences depending on the model, there may be vertical misalignment in horizontal writing. (If the misalignment is large, some adjustment is possible, but please allow for some degree of error.) ④ For models with a built-in razor-like cutter at the tip (M-6, M-10, etc.), the tape may get stuck before the blade due to tape curvature. In such cases, please raise the cutter slightly. ⑤ If you purchase or win the auction, adjustments and maintenance are free except for the cost of parts (please bear the round-trip shipping costs). ⑥ Original metal tapes have not been manufactured for long and have no kinks or springiness, so they may not advance forward in the unit due to resistance when stored. Please cut in advance or stamp without storing.
