As this belonged to my mother, the number of times it was worn is unknown.
There are stains on the collar and shoulders.

It has been stored in a paulownia wood chest for many years, so there is a smell from the chest storage? moth repellent? The smell is not personally unpleasant, but please be aware.
To the amateur eye, there are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a pre-owned item that has been stored for a long time.

Phoenix pattern (Hōōmon)
In ancient China, the dragon (ryū), qilin (kirin), turtle, and phoenix (hōō) were called the Four Auspicious Beasts (Shizui) that appear in times of celebration and were revered.
The phoenix is a mythical auspicious bird, said to appear when a wise ruler emerges and the world is at peace.
It is characterized by a comb like a chicken, five-colored feathers, and a long tail.

- Uses threads finer than human hair, resulting in less raised embroidery surface and preventing the fabric from rippling.
- Uses 100% silk dyed threads, creating a beautiful, gorgeous, and elegant finish.
