Tachibana Morikuni (1679 - November 7, 1748) was a Kano school town painter active in Osaka during the mid-Edo period. He published many picture books and, along with Nishikawa Sukenobu and Oka Shunboku, who were active in Kyoto and Osaka around the same time and also published many picture books, he greatly influenced later Ukiyo-e artists. His representative works are housed in institutions such as the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, the National Museum of World Cultures, the Vanderbilt University Gallery of Visual Arts, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and the New York Public Library Print Collection.
