This is a used Roland (ローランド) electronic drum stand, model MDS-3C.
It was intended as a gift for an acquaintance, but they quit drumming, so it's no longer needed.
I'm not a drummer myself, so there might be missing parts. I have confirmed that two screws are missing. Therefore, please consider this a junk item. The movable parts (arms and screws) function without issue.
