It is a rare item that is now out of production and discontinued.
It is being listed as part of a decluttering effort at my parents' home.

The height can be adjusted steplessly by rotating the seat.

Usage: There are paint losses, scuffs, small scratches, dents, minor stains, and unremovable rust stains on the frame, as well as unevenness on the painted surface.
The legs have been polished and the entire item has been cleaned.
While there are still some unremovable rust stains and age-related damage, it has been restored to a generally shiny and clean condition.
