Yokohama City Pickup Only: Antique Writing Desk with Drawers and Carved Leather Desktop

This is a writing desk purchased from an antique shop. With a width of 108cm and a depth of 50cm, it's compact and can be placed flexibly. It's practical with side storage and drawers. The cat legs, carvings, and leather desktop allow you to enjoy the antique atmosphere.

It cost around 70,000 yen including shipping when purchased 5 years ago. I am selling it because I am changing the style of my room. This item will be given to someone who can pick it up from my home in Yokohama City. My home is about 10 minutes from the highway exit. I will provide the address after purchase. On the day of pickup, I can assist with carrying the item from the entrance to your vehicle for about 5 meters. There is no traffic in front of my house, so you can park a 4-ton truck without concern. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation costs. For your peace of mind, I have previously sold speakers for over 200,000 yen and audio racks and equipment for around 100,000 yen on other auction sites to buyers who picked them up from my home.

Below are points of concern noted for this listing.

1) As shown in the 3rd photo, there is a slight gap when the drawer is pushed all the way in. Please align it flush when pushing it in.

2) In the 10th photo on the right, the protruding part on the upper right corner feels slightly loose when touched. It's a part you don't normally touch, so I don't think it's a major issue.

3) In the 8th photo, there is a slight smell of office supplies in the center drawer.
In the 8th photo, the storage space on the right door is noticeably dirty from when I purchased it.

There may be other overlooked issues or parts that I do not personally find bothersome.
The item had scratches similar to its current condition when purchased online.
