This is a Japanese tansu approximately 50 years old.
It may be an even older antique Japanese tansu.
For kimono bolts.
Approximate dimensions: Depth 46cm, Width 124cm, Height 178.5cm.
As shown in the images, there are many drawers.
The color is very subdued, and I think the wood grain and pattern are stylish.
We have taken measures against insects, so we believe there are no signs of insect damage.
Therefore, please understand that there may be a smell of insect repellent.
The paulownia wood drawers inside are covered with the original transparent sheets from when purchased (not all drawers), and they are kept in very clean condition.
Although it is very old, the exterior is kept in very clean condition.
There are minor scratches, but they are not noticeable.
However, as shown in the image, there are stains in the back of the drawers that appear to be from chemicals.
