This is a dedicated setting mat for V-Drums that can reduce vibrations to the floor during performance. The thick material absorbs vibrations. It also helps prevent scratches on the floor from the spikes of the kick pad and hi-hat pedal, even in rooms with hardwood flooring. It does not completely eliminate vibrations during performance.
