This chair has a design very similar to Serta chairs. Please see the 5th photo.

There are no large, noticeable scratches, but there are minor scratches from use and age-related deterioration. Please zoom in on the photos to confirm.
There is cracking on the seat.
You can have it reupholstered at a local furniture store, or if you're handy, you can reupholster it yourself with your favorite fabric using a staple gun to make it look beautiful again.＾＾

It was originally purchased from a high-end antique shop, so the construction and wood are solid, and I believe it can be revived with just a cover or reupholstery.

I have two of these chairs and am also selling them as a set for a slightly better price.
