This collaboration with Porter Classic, a leading Japanese apparel manufacturer, was created to commemorate Jake Shimabukuro's 10th anniversary of his solo debut.

Porter Classic originally faithfully reproduced the traditional Palaka Check fabric, beloved by Japanese-American immigrants in Hawaii, using Japan's high-quality craftsmanship. They have consistently released original works full of playful spirit using this fabric. This custom item was born from the encounter between Porter Classic and Jake.
In addition to its gentle color palette and cute design, the texture, which conveys the maker's affection when you hold it, is irresistible. Porter Classic's philosophy of valuing standard craftsmanship without being swayed by trends, while adding novelty with their unique sense, is exactly like Jake's musical style.

This is the first soprano ukulele case ever made by Porter Classic. As expected from a brand whose origins lie in bag making, the quality of this case is beyond imagination! The patchwork design, created by meticulously piecing together scraps of Palaka fabric, showcases masterful craftsmanship.
