These are US Army M-51 field pants from the 1950s.

Made of all cotton, green body, with a wide straight silhouette.

This model is the prototype for most cargo pants in circulation.
Features adjusters on both sides and adjustable leg openings.
Both sides have tourniquet straps, making them complete.
