This is the D3CR-Heavy chest rig from Haley Strategic.
It has been redesigned while retaining the D3CR's form factor, allowing it to accommodate larger magazines such as those for AK or SCAR-H, which are larger than AR magazines.
When the straps are removed, it becomes a standalone platform that can be attached to compatible plate carriers. The back also features full Velcro, allowing for the addition of pouches at the bottom.
This single item can be used for everything from rifles to handguns, and can be used as a chest rig or as a pouch for a plate carrier, making it extremely cost-effective.
