This is a mizusashi (water jar) with a total octopus arabesque pattern, acquired about 15 years ago at an antique market in Osaka. It was very popular at the time and cost tens of thousands of yen. There is a maker's mark, but I could not decipher it. If anyone knows who the artist is, please let me know.
I don't see any cracks or chips, but please understand that it has the character of an antique item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
The item will be shipped using cushioning material, and recycled cardboard and newspaper.
The size is approximately 20cm in height to the handles and approximately 52cm in circumference.
