The limited express Hokutosei sleeper train began service on March 13, 1988. This is a commemorative keychain (and bookmark set) created to celebrate its launch! (^^)
It was kept at home and displayed, so there is some fading on the felt mat and the bookmark's string, but the items themselves are in good condition.
This is a commemorative keychain distributed to staff by the JR East Tokyo Metropolitan Area Operations Division.
It is a rare item that is no longer available.
