This is a Drawer 1960.
I purchased it used about 5 years ago and used it until recently. Channels 1 and 2 have some crackling and popping. This can be resolved by turning the Gain knob. There are no issues with basic line input/output.
A power cable is included.
A rack case is also available. This one has some noticeable scratches.
