These Tendo shogi pieces were a gift from Yamagata over 10 years ago. The inscription Tensho-saku on the decorative box is fading, but the pieces inside have never been opened from their protective plastic.
As this is a long-term storage item, the decorative box shows signs of deterioration, but the pieces themselves are unused.
