【Rare Item】WCCC2012 Kobe Tournament Commemorative Goods T-shirt, Bag, Chess Book

This is a set of limited edition items—a T-shirt, bag, and book—that I personally purchased at the venue of the World Chess Solving Championship (WCCC), which was held in Kobe, Japan, for the first time in 2012.
All items are over 10 years old, so there is some age-related deterioration. Please understand the condition before purchasing.

■T-shirt Condition
The size is XL. I have never worn it since purchasing, but there are wrinkles and creases from storage.
There is also a small orange (yellowish) stain slightly below the navel area (see image 8).

■Bag
This has also never been used, but due to age-related deterioration, there are several areas of peeling (tears) and fading on the bottom. (See images 5-6)
The bag measures approximately 31cm (height, excluding handles) x 25cm (width).

■Book
I have only flipped through the pages, so there are no writings and it is relatively clean. However, the cover (outside) has scratches, dirt, and creases.
It contains chess problems (compositions) and explanations.
