With a maximum of 64 parts and 128 notes of polyphony, the MU100 series' basic performance has been doubled, achieving the ultimate specs for the DTM scene. It can easily reproduce complex and rich ensembles, from large-scale symphonies and brass bands to piano concertos with lingering resonance. It also works perfectly with multi-channel, multi-port sequencing software like XGworks. It supports advanced production needs such as assigning different drum sounds to each part, using a variety of sound variations within a song, and layering sounds for multiple parts on the same channel, such as twin leads or octave unison. The degree of freedom in arrangement has been further expanded. Furthermore, with the increase in polyphony, the発音 (hatsuon - sound production) program has been optimized for faster sound production.
