In disputes arising from this transaction, the maximum amount of damages the winning bidder can claim, whether for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid amount and shipping costs.
The winning bidder shall bear the costs of restoration to the original condition due to termination or similar matters.
If pursuing the seller's responsibility, the winning bidder bears the burden of proof for any claim and must provide evidence that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The winning bidder shall bear full responsibility for all issues inherent in transactions between parties, regardless of where responsibility lies.
If any monetary transactions such as refunds become necessary due to circumstances arising from this agreement, such transactions will be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of our fault.
If, for any reason, the winning bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, the shipping method will be chosen by the seller, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment.
