Highest Quality Conductor Material
The choice of conductor material is extremely important for sound quality. VOVOX sonorus series uses extremely high-purity copper for its solid core conductors. Each wire is also covered with a natural fiber mesh, which prevents triboelectric noise and contributes to further sound quality improvement.

Made in Switzerland
All VOVOX® sound conductor products are hand-assembled in Switzerland. The cables, including solder, are lead-free.

Ultra-High Purity Polymer
VOVOX sound conductors are covered with high-tech polymers. While plastic materials are not directly involved in signal transmission, they do affect sound quality. Therefore, VOVOX does not use PVC at all, which affects sound quality. Only high-purity plastics without plasticizers are used. Furthermore, the use of colored pigments is also avoided.

Conductor Arrangement
Current induces a magnetic field in any conductor. If the distance between two conductors is too small, mutual interference occurs, leading to sound quality degradation. Therefore, VOVOX cables are arranged at optimal positions with sufficient distance between them.

Flexible and Highly Reliable
VOVOX uses solid core conductors instead of conventional stranded wires to maximize sound quality. Solid core conductors provide a significantly purer and clearer sound than conventional stranded wires, but they lack flexibility. To achieve cable flexibility even with solid core conductors, VOVOX sound conductors employ a unique manufacturing method.

The leads of each conductor are coated with a polymer jacket. Then, multiple leads bundled in a spiral shape are covered with a flexible net. This structure maintains the axis of the wires even when the cable is bent, preventing strong tension on the wires themselves and allowing for smooth bending without sacrificing sound quality.
