The buyer shall bear the costs of restoration to the original condition due to cancellation, and any other related fees.
If pursuing the seller's liability, the buyer shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and must provide evidence that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The buyer shall bear all responsibility for any issues inherent in transactions between parties, regardless of where responsibility lies.
In the event of any monetary exchange, such as a refund, due to circumstances arising from this agreement, the exchange shall be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of our fault.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall choose the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment.
