The Roland MA-5P is a compact, powered monitor speaker that Roland sold for DTM and electronic instruments.

■Condition
・Operation confirmed (sound output is fine)
・Front 3.5mm AUX input → Operation OK
・Rear RCA input → Operation OK
・Volume/balance knobs → No crackling
・No yellowing from sun exposure, exterior is clean
・Front punching metal grille → No dents or scratches
・Some signs of use
・The gray color on the back of the left speaker is due to specifications.

■Regarding Power Supply
The main unit's power terminal (jack) is 2.5mm inner diameter / 5.5mm outer diameter, center positive specification.
The included AC adapter is a generic one with a plug that is 2.1mm inner diameter / 5.5mm outer diameter, center negative, so it cannot be used as is.
Therefore, a homemade adapter for size and polarity conversion is included.
This combination works without any issues.

There are no noises or input failures, and it is currently in good working condition.
As it has a built-in amplifier, it can be widely used as speakers for smartphones and PCs, monitors for electronic instruments,
or as auxiliary speakers for audio systems.
