Consignment sale of grandfather's collection.
Purchased new in America over half a century ago. While not strictly deadstock, it has been stored for a long time and is in beautiful condition with no moth damage. The inner leather band is also supple with no deterioration.
KNOX, which was as popular as Stetson at the time, is meticulously crafted.
Brim width (front/sides): Approximately 75mm
This is a soft crown hat, so please shape it yourself using a steam iron. The crown height is approximately 12cm. It may be slightly taller as shown in image 3. Please note that these are amateur measurements, so allow for millimeter variations.
It has a wax guard, but my grandfather did not use hair products, so the guard is in clean condition and has not deteriorated. This item is over half a century old. Please refrain from purchasing if you are not comfortable with vintage items or are sensitive to odors.

This hat is a rare find from THE FIFTH STREET MARKET, known for vintage hats, and was reportedly sold as a limited edition with a 4-star rating at the time.
A similar hat in the same color and from a similar era was sold for ¥58,000 (for reference).
