This large Rikyū bag was created for those who like to carry a lot. Image 8 shows other larger-sized bags for comparison. I tested it by putting in a folding umbrella, a paperback book, a long wallet, a smartphone, a makeup pouch, and a handkerchief, totaling 1.1kg, and the bag did not lose its shape. [Fabric Used] The fabric is a weave of dark brown, almost black, and brown, with Genji-kō (a pattern of incense-related motifs) elegantly woven in with subdued gold and copper-gold threads. This is a finely woven, lustrous obi fabric. For the sides, obi fabric with a pine arabesque pattern woven in the same color scheme was used. [Pine Arabesque] A pattern combining pine, which signifies longevity, with arabesque, symbolizing eternal continuation. It is one of the patterns used in tea ceremony. Despite using high-quality obi fabric, the price remains unchanged. No discounts will be offered.
