This is an ELLE maternity dress.
It can be worn as a tunic, a dress, or in various other ways.

It's a navy color, lighter than it appears in the photos, and perfect for the upcoming season.
The size is listed as L, but the tag says M-L.
The outer fabric is light and has some snagged scratches. Due to the nature of the fabric, they are not very noticeable, but please be aware.
