This is a used item.
There is a small tear on the top left edge.
There are also noticeable stains. Please refer to the photos.
Considering it's a very old paper product, I believe it's in relatively good condition, but due to its age, there is expected discoloration, fading, scuffs, wrinkles, and other signs of deterioration and change.
