Description
This is a YAMAHA euphonium, model YEP321.
It has a small bore, making it easy to play and handle, even for beginners. It can also be used in brass bands.
I purchased this euphonium about 2 months ago after it had been serviced, and I have been playing it about once or twice a week.
I am selling it because I am upgrading to a new instrument.
There is a slight scratch on the underside of the bell (photo 14) and a small plating peel of about 2mm on the underside of the grip area (photo 15) from when I purchased it. However, there are no noticeable plating peels, rust, or scratches, and it is in very good condition for a used euphonium.
The tuning slides are not stuck, and the pistons operate smoothly without any issues.
I have cleaned the inside of the tubing and had the pistons adjusted at a music store for this sale.
