Description
Purchased about 3 years ago for elementary school band instruction and used approximately 10 times. It has been stored with care and is in near-new condition otherwise.
The dedicated case includes wheels and a shoulder strap. However, there are some claw marks from my cat on the bottom of the case, as shown in the 6th photo (it looks like pilling, but there are no holes).
Compared to metal instruments, the resonance is more subdued, and the tone is softer. While it performs well in the mid to low ranges, the pitch tends to drop slightly in the high ranges. This can be somewhat improved by using a shallower mouthpiece.
I am selling this instrument as I have many instruments at home and will not have the opportunity to use this one. Thank you for your consideration.
