I purchased this used over 10 years ago.
I only played it by itself, without attaching it to the tenor body.
I didn't use it much and kept it stored in its box.
I'm not very familiar with the condition of new metal mouthpieces, but there are visible signs of dirt overall.
Additionally, there is rust on the ligature.
The box also shows signs of dirt and peeling.
I will leave the mouthpiece patch attached.
