Shimokura Gakki Original Marcato Curved Soprano Saxophone MARCATO

This is a used C.G. Conn Soprano Saxophone, a curved soprano saxophone from the Marcato Sophia series, an original brand from Shimokura Gakki.
The color is purple.
It was purchased about 20 years ago, used occasionally, and then stored for about 15 years.

It produces sound from top to bottom without any issues, but due to long-term storage, it will require adjustment.
The quality is excellent, surpassing what one would expect from an original brand by a musical instrument store, and the intonation was stable.
It has a rounded tone characteristic of curved saxophones. While it doesn't have the straight tone typical of sopranos, it blends well with other parts and sections, making it useful in ensembles and concert bands.

There are scratches from use and lacquer peeling.

The mouthpiece and ligature are the ones that came with it when purchased.
I will also include 3 unopened Vandoren No. 3 reeds.
