Oboe Inner LB Ring 1.5mm.

By inserting the 1.5mm 950 silver square rod ring into the inside of the bell socket and sandwiching it with the body, you can achieve a stable overall resonance. This item helps to consolidate the low-frequency range, which tends to sound thin or spread out, giving it a rich and full tone.

The photo shows a YOB432, but on models with fewer key options, such as the Marigaux Lemaire, the lower joint is lighter, and the difference in resonance compared to higher-end models is significant.
Adding this ring provides both a sense of weight and a richer sound.
