This is a barrel for B♭ clarinet.
It is made of Grenadilla wood from the ultra-high-end clarinet maker Schwenk & Seggelke. It has a metal ring at the bottom. Silver-plated.
It's 66mm, a little longer, but I chose it for its tone.
I used it for about 2 years, and it has been stored since then.
I purchased it from Ishimori Woodwinds, choosing from their stock of 3-4 barrels. (I also tried a brown Backun, but preferred the Seggelke.)
It fit without any issues on my Buffet Crampon Festival.
Seggelke clarinets are ultra-high-end, so just the barrel significantly changed the tone.
There are no cracks in the wood.
