[Instrument Overview]

F/B♭ full double. Bell is yellow brass, size LL, detachable. Bore size is 11.9mm (main tuning slide and F slide only) / 12.0mm, clear lacquer finish.
Production ended at the end of 2024.
The instrument was cleaned and the rotary valves were adjusted at a music shop at the beginning of the year.
Before shipping, I will ensure it is in playable condition with oiling, etc.!

[Playing Impressions]
The YAMAHA 668 is one model above the standard 567 model.
My teacher said it was a very good instrument, so for the past few months, it was kept for the students of the high school I belonged to. I ended up purchasing that instrument.
As it is a Kruspe model, it has stronger resistance compared to the 567, so it produces a good sound even at forte.
A characteristic of the 668 is its very bright and straightforward YAMAHA tone.
It can be played smoothly from high F to pedal B♭, so considering the price of the instrument, it is a very high-quality individual unit.

Purchased in 2014 and used until the end of 2022.
I used it continuously for 8 years from high school, so please understand that there are many scratches.
I used this instrument to participate in the national competition in high school and have played it for a long time in amateur brass bands and orchestras.
I have now purchased an Alexander, but this instrument has the potential to keep up with strong high school level players.
