This is a specific item sale.
Upon purchase, the risk of the object of sale transfers to the buyer.
In the event of a dispute, regardless of the reason or cause, the buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the seller's current address as the court of first instance, and to initiate legal proceedings at said court. The foregoing exclusive jurisdiction agreement shall also apply to matters outside the scope of this transaction.
If litigation is to be heard in a court other than the one with jurisdiction over the seller's current address, the buyer shall be obligated to withdraw the lawsuit and waive the rights that are the subject of the lawsuit.
The seller may cancel the transaction at any time for reasons attributable to the seller, without the buyer's consent.
Cancellations may be made by the seller without prior notice, regardless of whether the cancellation is due to the buyer's fault.
The maximum amount of damages the buyer can claim in disputes arising from this transaction, whether for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid amount and shipping costs.
The buyer shall bear the costs of restoration to the original condition due to termination, and any other related fees.
If the buyer seeks to pursue the seller's liability, the buyer shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and must provide evidence that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The buyer shall bear all responsibility for any issues inherent in transactions between individuals, regardless of where responsibility lies.
If any monetary transactions such as refunds become necessary due to any circumstances arising from this agreement, such transactions will be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of our fault.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller will select the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment.
If, for any reason, the buyer needs to ship an item to the seller, and the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment, the seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation by paying only the shipping costs to the buyer.
