The contacts of the cartridge have been polished and cleaned using anhydrous ethanol and abrasive to remove dirt. As a result, it has been maintained to a state where it boots up almost instantly on my console, but there is no guarantee that it will boot up instantly on other consoles.
As this is an old product from decades ago, there is a possibility that you may need to insert and remove it a few times.
