This product is for those who are bothered by yellowed exteriors. It has undergone retro-brightening (bleaching) to remove as much yellowing as possible. I personally dislike yellowing and decided to list this product for others with the same concern.

While the price may be slightly higher than others, please understand that we have invested time and effort into improving the condition through cleaning, bleaching (which is the most costly), and parts replacement (capacitors, fuses, plating).

The cartridge reading slot is removed from the main board, and each terminal inside is individually removed and wiped with anhydrous ethanol. The slot's old plating and rust are removed, re-plated, and each terminal is carefully inserted back into the slot and attached to the main board. This process is very labor-intensive. (Photo 3)

Capacitors are consumables. Over time, some may leak. If leakage occurs, the screen may become dark or roll up and down. Replacing the capacitors will fix this. This happens with all Super Famicoms, so choosing a unit with replaced capacitors will ensure longevity.
The main board is washed entirely with alkaline detergent, dried, and after capacitor replacement, it is wiped with flux cleaner and coated with an anti-rust agent.
