Model Condor
38 Scale

This is a charango with passive pickups, making it suitable for amplified performances on stage.
Highly recommended for both professional musicians and beginners alike.

This charango was crafted in Bolivia, the heartland of folklore music. It is a rare, fully custom-made charango, meticulously designed and tuned in collaboration with master charango maker Juan Pablo Orozco. It comes with a dedicated case.
New strings have been installed, so it's ready to play upon arrival.

Creating such an instrument requires detailed discussions with the luthier, making it difficult to obtain within Japan.

The body is made of jacaranda, while the fingerboard, top, and headstock are luxuriously crafted from ebony. The decorative elements feature a striking condor design. Only the finest materials were used for every component.

The condor carving on the back, a specialty of Mr. Orozco, is truly breathtaking.

Due to the several years it took from order to completion, and the fact that my charango collection has grown too large, I am offering this instrument to someone who will cherish it.

Maker: Juan Pablo Orozco
Body: Jacaranda
Fingerboard and other parts: Ebony
Mr. Pablo Orozco's charangos are exceptionally well-balanced and produce a superior sound that is immediately noticeable. The soundhole features a Niño (child) design, embodying a perfect blend of tradition and modern craftsmanship. I have commissioned many luthiers, but he is the finest instrument maker I have encountered.

Thank you for your consideration.
