This is a North American limited edition XBOX 360 ELITE LIMITED EDITION.
It is the Resident Evil 5 Limited Edition version.

Regarding the condition, the exterior is not in very good shape, with many scratches, especially on the back.
Also, the mesh part on the bottom is cracked in the middle, and the USB cover on the front has no springs, causing it to be loose in all three locations.
The original seal on the surface is intact, so the console has not been disassembled or cleaned.

The controller can be used wirelessly with batteries after being connected once with the cable.
