This OEP Line Transformer Box was inspired by the Neeve-kun.
The only difference is that Neeve-kun is a copy of the mic input of the NEVE 1073, while the OEP Line Transformer Box is a copy of the line input.

It is particularly compatible with digital amp simulators, transforming the coldness of digital into a hot analog sound.
Connecting the OEP line transformer before or after your amp simulator will result in surprisingly soft high frequencies.

Due to its structure, Neeve-kun inevitably loses some of its sound, but with this unit, you can purely enjoy the silky sound of Carnhill.

If you have an audio interface or mixer, you can experience the sound loss of Neeve-kun by switching the output of your guitar amp simulator to the mic input (Neeve-kun) and line input (OEP Line Transformer).

Connecting a multi-effector to the OEP transformer box and then to a power amp resulted in a thick, non-harsh sound.
Connecting a wireless receiver to the OEP transformer box and then to the multi-effector input resulted in a moderately thick sound that was not harsh.
It softens the harsh high frequencies, making it perhaps the best for digital gear.
The commonality in the above settings is that the sound does not become harsh and gains softness.
However, the definition remains clear, and there is never any confusion about what is being played.
By the way, I play in Drop B tuning.
Neeve-kun produced a harsh sound, which made me wonder, but the OEP Line Transformer Box delivered the sound I was looking for.
