YAMAHA Yamaha YHR-664 Full Double French Horn with Mouthpiece

This is a used Yamaha French Horn, model YHR-664 (includes mouthpiece).

Playability confirmed!

This is a full double horn that I acquired about 20 years ago from a familiar instrument repair shop and have been using with enjoyment in community bands and other ensembles until recently.

There are some minor signs of lacquer peeling and dents, but they do not affect playability, so please be assured.

[Condition]
- All slides move smoothly.
- Rotaries operate smoothly.
- There are numerous scuffs and minor scratches overall. These are particularly noticeable on the bell section, but there are no major dents. (Please check the images.)
- The hard case is the original.
  * Rust is visible on the latches (4 locations) for opening and closing the case. One latch (pictured) does not fully click shut, but the other three operate normally, so it will not open during transport.
- The mouthpiece is the highly regarded YAMAHA HR30C4C.
  This is a standard model that offers a balance of moderate resistance and a powerful, rich tone.
